Price may vary depending on the complexity of the item.✢ I can only do plain or gradient background free of charge. For additional background detail, please let us know so we can settle on a suitable price.✢ Commission may take 1 - 3 weeks to finish. Thank you for understanding.

Terms of Service

1. Rights and Refusals
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason.
I also reserve the right to cancel or stop working on a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.2. Payment Terms
✧ All payments must be made via PayPal. A payment link will be provided once your commission is accepted.✧ A 50% down payment is required before I begin work on your commission.✧ This down payment is non-refundable, as it secures your slot and compensates for time allocated.✧ I will send you a proof of progress once work begins.✧ The remaining balance must be paid before the final, unwatermarked artwork is delivered.3. Process & Communication
✧ I will provide progress updates as I work on your commission.✧ All progress images will be watermarked. The watermark will be removed once full payment is received and the commission is complete.✧ If I receive no communication from the client for one (1) week, the commission will automatically be placed on hold to prevent schedule delays. I will continue with other commissions in the meantime. The client must re-establish contact to resume work.4. Revisions
✧ Up to three (3) revisions are allowed:✶ One (1) major revision✶ Two (2) minor revisions✧ Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees.5. Timeline
✧ Commissions may take up to 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and current workload.✧ If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee of 50% may be applied. This must be agreed upon before work begins.6. Commission Details and Complexity
✧ The client must clearly describe the content of their commission before any agreement is made.✧ Complex or detailed requests may incur additional illustration fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.7. Usage Rights – Personal Use Only
✧ The client may not:✶ Reproduce, distribute, or profit from the commissioned artwork✶ Submit the artwork to contests✶ Display the artwork publicly or commercially without prior agreement✧ The client may share the commission on personal platforms (e.g., social media, private galleries), with proper credit to the artist.8. Commercial Use
✧ If the commission is intended for commercial purposes, the client must inform the artist before work begins.✧ A separate agreement with new Terms of Service will be required for commercial-use commissions.9. Refunds and Cancellation
✧ The 50% down payment is non-refundable.✧ If the commission is canceled after work has started, the client agrees to pay a kill fee of 50% of the full commission price.✧ No refunds will be issued once work begins, nor if the client breaches any of these Terms of Service.✧ If the artist chooses to cancel before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.10. Agreement and Revisions
These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without notice.
By entering into a Commission Agreement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
